Contribute FeedbackThe Chinatown Inn in Pittsburgh offers a cozy and nostalgic atmosphere with pretty good food, but the experience can feel a bit impersonal and rushed at times. The dinnerware is beautiful, and the menu consists of Hunan, Cantonese, Thai, and Szechuan recipes with customizable spice levels. While some reviewers had mixed experiences with takeout and service, many praised the delicious food, generous portions, and friendly staff. Overall, it is considered a gem in Pittsburgh for Chinese cuisine.
Very good! the dishes we got weren’t spicy, but still pretty flavorful.
Ordering was easy. Delivery was faster than anticipated. Friendly and personable delivery man. Food was amazing!!! Menu items perfectly described each meal. I want to eat my left overs, but there's no room in my belly! I'll have to wait for my midnight snack. I won't hesitate to order again. Excellent all around.
Best Chinese food in the city., especially their egg rolls. The location isn't great with the main entrance being tucked away on a side street, so give yourself some extra time to find the place if you've never been. They have their own parking lot.
Talk about amazing portions for the price! Dinner for 2 less than $40. Quick and efficient service, fresh and flavorful food made to order and customizable. I couldn't ask for better. What was ordered: Steamed shrimp dumplings Sweet and sour chicken with rice General Tso's chicken with white rice We dined in and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. Great place for a late night bite. Would 100% recommend to get your money's worth.
