I had a wonderful dining experience! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I dined in for dinner, and the price per person was around $10–20. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5! I highly recommend trying the burgers and the fish sandwich combo. View all feedback.
What Lea Robinson doesn't like about Carl's Tavern:
My family and I haven't gone here in a long time. The experience we had was awful my son was younger at the time he ordered a burger and was eating it until my husband and I noticed it was raw inside. We spoke with the waitress who said she was the manager and she was very rude and she said that he had eaten half the burger and we had to pay for entire meal. So we'll never return. She was just rude! Service: Dine in View all feedback.
Great place to catch some music. I confess I wasn't super hungry so I only got the pretzel sticks and a bowl of stuffed pepper soup, but HOLY MOLY was it good. Also couldn't resist trying the homemade cheesecake, it was worth it. Will be back to try the rest of the menu!Food: 5/5
We love the sampling, the delicious beer on draft, and our food was perfect! Great service too!
We were here for fish sandwiches and it was St. Patrick's Day. The fish dinners were great. We can't say enough about the servers. They were the best. So attentive, keep checking if we need anything. I can say Carl's waiter is EXCELLENT!
I was here a happy hour. Apps and Burgers were great. Beer was cold and delicious. Both waiters did well to check with us and made sure we had everything. Parking is not well designed so it is not fun to park and the place it itself is quite small. Food: 5/5
Carl's has a nice atmosphere with a main bar area and several other rooms with table seating. One room is patio, sunroom style while the other is more a casual dining room. All areas have plenty of TV's to watch sports on. Got a sliding side door to the patio/dining areas, which is good for handicapped or if you don't want to walk through the main bar area with the family. Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. It was moderately busy. Service and food was good. They have a lot of beers to choose from and a solid drink menu. I recommend stopping by. We'll be going back next time we're in the area.
