The chipotle mayo was just right, the spinach was fresh, the bacon was perfectly cooked, and the gouda was exceptional! I guess it was the perfect blend of all these elements. The drink was exactly how I like it, too. The atmosphere was wonderful—everyone, from the friendly staff to the other patrons, was so welcoming! I was thoroughly impressed!
