Don't take pleasure in writing this because I have been going to the bean thru on rt 8 for years and always enjoyed their coffee. But, the service has become increasingly worse. The biggest problem by far is that the drive through is poorly organized, and people who knowingly cut through the line to save time are consistently served first instead of being asked to leave. First time there and I am obsessed with the vanilla chai. Can’t stop thinking about how delicious it was and needing to go back! Service with a smile is so special. Love the bean surprise on the lid-nice touch!
The cookies cream chiller is a 10 out of 10 every time I get it.
Forget about Starbucks, my wife suggested. Let's go here instead! The staff is friendly and the service is fast. Yay!
Our iced coffee was amazing and seemed like it was made with love. The girl was so attendant and made sure we was happy
Best kept secret in Bellvue, staff is always friendly and my Dog loves the pup cups. The cappuccino and Fruit smoothies are excellent.
