I stopped by the restaurant on 5/3/2023 around 3:40 pm. There was a worker inside, but no one answered at the drive-thru window. I parked and tried to go inside, but the worker locked the door without saying anything. Two other customers behind me also got ignored and had to leave. This has happened before and it's frustrating. If the restaurant is closed, they should put up a note or update their hours instead of ignoring customers.
The service was slow and the staff seemed inattentive. I observed that the cook was eating while also preparing food for customers.
I had a pickup scheduled for 9:25 pm at Arby's through Uber Eats. However, when I arrived at 9:35 pm, I found the restaurant seemingly closed even though its hours indicated it should have been open until 10 pm. I tried calling through the drive-thru and knocking on the window, but the staff ignored me and even left in a car. I had to leave without my order and had to explain the situation to the customer. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
