Dining at this establishment proves to be a hit-or-miss affair. While reviews highlight the delicious food, particularly the Reubens and Mint Chocolate Shake, many customers report frustrating service experiences. Issues range from rude staff interactions and long wait times to inadequate training of new employees. Despite the kitchen staff performing well, service quality suffered due to a lack of organization and experienced personnel. On the upside, some patrons commend the overall freshness of the food and the exceptional kindness of certain employees, hinting that a committed team could elevate the dining experience to new heights.

Was Kim at Arby's a mag?
Today, I ate at this restaurant for the first time in over two years. The cashier seemed a bit overwhelmed and mentioned it was his first day on the job. Having worked in fast food before, I think someone should have been there to help train him. He constantly needed assistance and it seemed like he had just been hired that day and started working a few hours later. In my experience, fast food places can put the regi... View all feedback.
What Eleanore Schneider dislikes about Arby's:
I have order wrong and very rude when asked. I said I didn't order what I ordered. she was too busy to ask the customer for drinking money. another group of ees from the last week. bring her back! try a day and time and hope for another crew. View all feedback.
My family and I went to arby tonight to take a quick dinner. for one, my man asked the person who our order a question about the menu and another worker on the loudspeaker hopped and very rudely explained "that is not mcdonald's" although we said nothing about mcdonalds, we bent it out and continued to order. we moved into the window and the woman who worked the window was obviously very inconspicuous and did not want to make her job. she was extremely sniffy. my man turned around to give me a bag with food and turned back to her to grab the other bag and she obviously didn’t want to wait until he turned around and grabbed “I don’t wait for you” and hit the window in his face. we sat and waited for her to come back and she pushed the other bag very aggressive into the hand. everything I have to say is not working for customer service if they will be a miserables sob. to cover everything from my man, a hair sucked through his milkshake stone.
On Saturday night at 19 o'clock here. they said, please wait for the ride and let us wait 10 minutes. after 10 minutes or so they asked for our order and said to us, “We are from the roasted meat”. how are you from the main thing you sell and why are we waiting for the ride through 10 minutes to tell us? we left and went to another place. always a terrible experience here, but we were in a hurry and mistaken thought it could be another time.
2 for 7 deal. Both sandwiches were pretty useless. both thrown away after 2 bits
First and foremost, the food at this restaurant is always fresh, hot, and fully stocked, which is not something you can always say about other fast food chains. However, what really stood out to me during my visit was the exceptional service provided by the young men working that day. Despite being understaffed, the cashier was incredibly pleasant and respectful. They asked me to move to the front of the line because my order wasn't ready yet, and when it was brought out, the staff member apologized profusely. It was clear that these gentlemen were working extremely hard. I hope that the management at this restaurant recognizes and appropriately compensates these outstanding employees for their dedication and excellent service.

He constantly needed assistance and it seemed like he had just been hired that day and started working a few hours later. In my experience, fast food places can put the register in training mode for new employees. Despite the delay in service, I didn't have any issues with the food itself. There were only two other customers in the dining room after me, but the wait was longer than expected. It didn't appear that they were short-staffed, so they may have had multiple new hires on the same shift.
