Apsara Cafe is truly one of Pittsburgh's hidden gems! The food is incredible, bursting with flavor, texture, and high quality in every dish. The restaurant offers both Thai and Cambodian cuisine. We kicked things off with the grilled beef short rib appetizer, which was packed with flavor! We both enjoyed the jasmine tea, which was delightful, and I especially appreciated that they served raw sugar! For our main courses, we shared the green curry with shrimp and the fusion pad Thai with panang curry. The portions were generous, and we have plenty of leftovers to enjoy. The decor is lovely and creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The service was top-notch as well! We can’t wait to return!

This restaurant is one of the best in Pittsburgh. The service was exceptional, and the broth in the lemongrass coconut soup is absolutely addictive. It has a perfect balance of sweet, sour, and spicy flavors. If you're a fan of Thai cuisine, you will definitely enjoy this Cambodian gem!

We shared the chicken pad Thai and green curry- delicious! Homemade sauces too. It was really cute inside (nice decorations, low mood music). Not crowded at lunch time, very friendly wait staff. If you can, go for lunch! They serve huge portions and it comes with a spring roll and quite possibly some of the best Thai soup I’ve had; all of it for a really reasonable price. All I can say is please go! You’ll love it.

This place is really really good! Service is spectacular. The staff is so polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. I have been here three times and everytime is better. They have an amazing Thai fusion dish which is pad Thai with your choice of curry sauce. It sounds weird but damn is it good. I am addicted to the green curry option. Don't walk, run to try it yourself. Also lunch specials are only $10.
