They claimed to have lost our ticket and offered gelato as compensation, but we requested a refund instead and received cookies, which I could not eat due to being gluten free. It took an additional 15 minutes for our order to be completed after the ticket mishap, and we were not refunded. The gluten free toast was dry when we finally received it. I was disappointed with the gluten free options and will not be returning to this restaurant in the future. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced, and after receiving an unsatisfactory response, I would not recommend dining here. Despite not displaying any hostility towards the staff, it is concerning that they were anticipating a negative review. The restaurant should focus on improving their service rather than blaming customers for their own mistakes. This experience was truly disgraceful.

I had called ahead and placed our order, and the restaurant was incredibly helpful in ensuring our visit went smoothly. Our tables were prepared and waiting for us when we arrived, and our meals were served promptly, despite being a large party of 16. The food was tasty, the service was attentive, and we all had a wonderful experience.
