What User doesn't like about Kfc:
The restaurant closed its dining room three years ago due to COVID and has yet to reopen it. It now only offers drive-thru service. It is puzzling that they have not reopened their dining room considering other restaurants in the city resumed indoor dining a year ago. I went through the drive-thru at 7:55 pm, and they told me they were closed. I mentioned that they were supposed to close at 8, but they said they were out of chicken. I could see chicken still on the racks. I realize it may not have been the best choice to go to a chicken place in Pittsburg, with so many other options, but I was in a rush and feeling hungry.
Went through the drive thru, and not only was our order incorrect, but it was incomplete as well. After having to turn around and drive back, our order was corrected and made again fresh, and we were given a free dessert to correct the issue. The meal correction would have been plenty, but it was a nice appeasement that they threw in a cake.
I ordered and paid for a 4 piece original recipe meal and only Got 3 pieces of Extra crispy
