This is the best spot for lunch. The customer service may be a bit inconsistent, but the food is always good. It's a subway restaurant.
Not sure if it's because they just reopened the store, it's always empty when I'm there, not that I complain; The lady (thinks her name is Zahida behind the counter is always friendly and professional, the food quality was great and fresh.
Drive through is SO slow! It doesn't help that the speaker ordering system has been broken for some time now. It's not because they're short staffed, I saw at least 3 employees. But one person is taking the orders at the window by hand, making the order, then taking payment. It looks like that same person is taking care of the lobby guests as well.
The franchise owner (I think his name is Adam) is so nice about the office IRL; I had to thank him for his hospitality, even if it seems that they are short employees, he is attentive customer first. As someone who has been working in retail for years, I know how hard it is to keep a smile on your face when dealing with rude customers all day. I recommend to him for his service hope that others will notice.
