2017 April: the dinner born from the curiosity of participating in an event was transformed into a splendid and original tasting of particular dishes. The 4 stars are not only for the taste of the dishes but also for the preparation and cooking methods carefully illustrated by the chef and the owner. But above all also for the commitment and courage.
