When we were seated, we noticed several dirty tables that needed attention, including ours. Once our server arrived to greet us, she informed us that it would take about 30 minutes for our food to arrive, indicating they were short-staffed. We ordered the Denver Omelet and the aptly named Big Fish. As expected, our meals did take the full 30 minutes to come out, but at least we were prepared for the wait. Fortunately, our food was quite delicious, and our server, Leslie, did a commendable job, especially considering she was one of only two servers working that day. The prices felt a bit high, but overall, we had a pleasant experience. The next time we're in town, we would definitely choose Lange's again.

The staff seemed to prioritize serving others who arrived after us, and it was clear that familiar customers received better attention. If you’re passing through, I recommend looking for a different place to eat in Pipestone; there are certainly better options available.
