Starbucks - Pinole

Call Starbucks was a very open location. There are many parking spaces. It seems pretty safe in the area. They had many goods to offer with all the latest updated cups. It seems a high volume of people who come here because I thought at the time all their food menu items were low in stock. The staff was very friendly and happy. They could only clean up the area a little, but I didn't eat or drink there so I really don't care and the bathrooms could be cleaned a little, but my husband used it and he's a guy so he could handle it. There is a nice small area for seating for a big party that I kind of liked. The most important thing is that my drink was made perfect, thanks Starbucks for my free birthday drink. Oh, and my husband said his Chi-Latte was perfect.

They're right that they have employees, and they have one that act like they have other things to do. But it is enough to get what coffee you need to make sure you check your order! The best part is the ride through.

Really, and I mean really nice staff. And these Starbucks probably work the latest of all the Starbucks I know in the area. And I like to work at my laptop in Starbucks in the evening. Unfortunately in my area they close all at 8pm!!!! This closes at 9.30. So beautiful! I'll stay here every time I'm in the area. Good coffee, good atmosphere, good staff!

Love this place, but some of the baristas and food prep do not read the orders. I ordered the breakfast without the nuts medley, but every day I will get nuts medley one day even I got two nuts medleys and no fruit. I didn't say anything I'm going daily with the hope that one day they actually read my order and thankfully that I am allergic to nuts.

Employees are busy and orders pile up at the pick up area. There is no organization like before for online orders and in store so people keep touching drinks to try to read if it's theirs. Difficult to hear your name when they call out orders. There was ~10 of us waiting to hear our order.
