I often... read more As always, the service was excellent and the food was incredibly delicious. I highly recommend the farmhouse double egg; it's the best I've had so far. I often take my husband along so he can try something different, and I can sample it too. Everything we've tried has been good, but the farmhouse double egg truly stands out as the best.

Placed an online order to save time as I was rushing to head to work. Arrived and discovered my order wasn 't there for pickup. Its been at least 30 minutes. Sp... read more Placed an online order to save time as I was rushing to head to work. Arrived and discovered my order wasn 't there for pickup. Its been at least 30 minutes. Spoke with some older lady who I assume is the manager and her initial response was I am in the middle of something . Great first response! 5 minutes or so elapses. She then looks up my order and tells me well we made it . Okay then. Maybe you should improve your process. After waiting another 10 minutes she decides to redo my order and rolls her eyes at me while handing the order over. First of all, not sure why your pissed. Your either mad at me, the situation, or because you have rework. Which is it? I understand you are busy and have a steady flux of customers which is good for the stakeholders. However, with your attitude, if you cannot meet, basic customer inquiries and handle the workload, you should not be a manager. Sorry.
