Noah’s Bagels in Pinole offers a beloved selection of bagels and coffee with unique cream cheese varieties and speedy morning lines. Regulars praise the friendly, family-like staff and consistently tasty breakfast options, especially the smoked salmon bagel. However, service can be inconsistent—orders are sometimes incorrect, and the dining area and bathroom remain unavailable, which inconveniences some customers. While pick-up is generally timely, occasional mistakes like missing items and poorly toasted sandwiches have been reported. Despite these flaws, fans appreciate the quality bagels and convenient location near HWY 80, making it a popular spot for early risers seeking a quick, satisfying breakfast.

Placed an online order to save time as I was rushing to head to work. Arrived and discovered my order wasn 't there for pickup. Its been at least 30 minutes. Spoke with some older lady who I assume is the manager and her initial response was I am in the middle of something . Great first response! 5 minutes or so elapses. She then looks up my order and tells me well we made it . Okay then. Maybe you should improve your process. After waiting another 10 minutes she decides to redo my order and rolls her eyes at me while handing the order over. First of all, not sure why your pissed. Your either mad at me, the situation, or because you have rework. Which is it? I understand you are busy and have a steady flux of customers which is good for the stakeholders. However, with your attitude, if you cannot meet, basic customer inquiries and handle the workload, you should not be a manager. Sorry.

The slowest and the rudest person should not be allowed to take orders in the line. The one doing this claims to own the place and says she owns the place.

Hadn't been here for a very long time due to poor service in the past. Recently had a craving for a bagel and decided to give them another try. Two visits were good. I got exactly what what I wanted: an open-faced bagel, toasted, with cream cheese, avocado, and everything seasoning. Went in for a third time and was told they can't put everything seasoning on my bagel...?! The rude GIRL (yes, she was a child) didn't even bother to ask a manager of it was an option. You have avocado toast on the menu that comes with everything seasoning! How are you not able to put it on my cream cheese and avocado bagel?! Training is everything and, once again, they've shown that they don't invest in their employees who then don't invest in their customers... What a shame!

There were nine people working when I went in but only one person taking orders. The poor girl kept apologizing customer saying she was new. Why didn't someone else help take orders when the line was to the door

Noah?s is conveniently located off HWY 80 East or West at the Appian Way exit in Pinole, CA. I usually get their toasted, smoked salmon on the multi-grain bagel some mornings for a quick bite that hits the spot for early mornings. They also havebeverages from juice, specialty drinks, to coffee. Best to get there early, before 6:30am to avoid the line
