Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Pinole

It's all about that Pineapple Dole Whip soft serve flavor at Menchie's! You can literally taste the burst of pineapple juice! It is refreshing and sweet on a nice warm day! Now that's what I'm talking about!

The yogurt itself is very goodBut I believe the experience of being to the place being well welcome counts as wellThat's why my one star for this place todayThere was a girl wearing a hijab that didn't explain that it was a self served area and wasn't very receptive.

Owner not nice AT ALL. I was shocked when I came in, no smile and was watching us the whole time. upon ringing us up she told me my total, handed my card. She goes you could do it i then asked if she was the owner and said yup With the customer service being poor and the flavors of the yogurt tasting old , I 'll stick with yogurt Land.

Went here on a Tuesday with my kiddo bc the website says that Pinole branch has a bogo deal on Tuesdays. The guy working there heard nothing about it. He asked me if I wanted him to call someone to ask... I responded sure if you can. He wondered if the website I was looking at was maybe another branch but I showed it to him and if specially says Pinole. He never called anyone.. just said don 't worry about it then when we bought yogurt, still charged us for both cups. Oh well.. not mad, just disappointed that he didn 't make a call to verify. $20 for 2 cups is pretty pricey.. we 'll stick to Yogurtland.
