I recently enjoyed a wonderful dining experience at the Indian Taj restaurant at Pinjara Resort, and I have to say, it was remarkable from beginning to end. The food was outstanding—full of authentic Indian flavors that delighted with every bite! Whether it was the rich butter chicken, the perfectly spiced biryani, or the warm, fluffy naan, each dish was crafted to perfection. However, what truly distinguished this experience was the hospitality. The manager personally welcomed us and made sure we were well attended throughout our meal. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. They ensured our glasses were never empty and provided excellent recommendations to help us select the best dishes. If you're seeking exquisite Indian cuisine paired with exceptional service, this is the spot to visit. I can't wait to return!

I ordered two takeaway dishes: the butter chicken, which was acceptable, and the lamb rogan josh, which was so salty that it was impossible to eat and didn't even taste like lamb—more like beef instead. I've experienced issues with previous orders as well, where I received the wrong food, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping. They would just walk away and avoid any interaction. What a surprise. Some of the best tasting Indian food I have had in a long time. A real hidden gem.
