D'Lights Cafe - Mandurah
D'Lights Cafe
Description
D'lights Cafe offers a mixed dining experience according to recent reviews. While some praise the generous portions and pleasant atmosphere, others criticize the high prices and lackluster food quality. The breakfast menu seems to be a strong point for the restaurant, with standout dishes like the big breakfast and haloumi bruschetta earning praise. However, issues with service, food presentation, and value for money leave some diners disappointed. Overall, the views are lovely, and the coffee is good, but it seems that D'lights Cafe may not be able to consistently live up to its potential.

Our usual coffee shop was closed so we stopped at D'lights we ordered an expresso and a long mac, with eggs benedict. The coffee was undrinkable, no crema evident and watery. The breakfast was an even worse disaster, visually unappealing and tasteless. The experience was not even improved by the staff at the till, she was curt and gave the impression we were wasting her time. The worse thing was this horrible breakfast pricey for what it was.
Seems to have gone down hill. Serving stale pancakes reheated in the microwave. Bad tasting. Small serves for the price. Time to find a new cafe Even the staff member that picked the pancake up said how hard it was. Look at the rudeness of the owners reply. Complete disrespect. And definatly not cooked fresh was disgusting.
Staff were rude from the minute we walked in for my Mums birthday...her fish and chips were very average and my hamburger wasn't what it said on the menu. I asked for hamburger to be remade, staff just rolled their eyes at me.
Pleasant place, friendly and quick service, breakfast, lunch and desserts. Offering GFO and Soy milk for lactose free option. My mom had Flat white she gave stars.
