You know you are on a good thing when you see truckies stopping to pick up a snack! Great little cafe on the main street with a great selection of pies and sandwiches at very reasonable prices to at on the premises or take away. Beautiful cakes too - all baked on the premises. Two of our group had meat and salad rolls for lunch. They were ready made but tasted very fresh. The guys loved the rolls. I also tasted one and it was good. I had a Bee Sting Cake. I've worked in a cake shop for...a number of years and the quality of their cakes was exceptional. This didn't even come close to them. None of the other cakes looked all that appealing either. Today, I received excellent service even after the restaurant had closed. The chilli pie was the best I've ever had. I will definitely be returning in the future.
The pies at this restaurant are the best, and the bacon egg burgers are delicious. The service is friendly and attentive.
