I even told her she could keep my coupons because I won’t be using them. She could definitely benefit from some customer service training, like the staff at your Boones Creek location. I may consider giving the food another try, but once I feel that a restaurant doesn’t want my business, I tend to take it elsewhere.

It appears they are understaffed, as the few employees present looked o... read more They seem to be having a tough time, much like many fast food establishments these days. It appears they are understaffed, as the few employees present looked overwhelmed. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has also declined. I ordered chicken tenders, and they were soft and somewhat soggy on the inside. I believe they could benefit from a thorough cleaning and perhaps need to replace the oil used for frying. Additionally, hiring more staff could help alleviate some of the workload.

The biscuits were cold, the bacon was undercooked, and once again, there were no napkins available. It seems better management is needed. Additionally, the prices don’t match the quality of the food.
