However, I've encountered a strange issue twice: when I ordered an original recipe chicken breast, I was informed that none were ready and it would take 18 minutes. This happened during lunch time at 12:30, which seems surprising that they weren’t prepared for chicken orders. Aside from that, the staff is friendly.

My mistake, but I won't be returning.

The manager appeared to be unhappy and pointed out that this kind of situation happens every night. I didn't want to interrupt her while she was speaking to the male employee at the drive-thru. Although my order was correct, the chicken tenders I received were not fresh. On a positive note, the fries were fresh because the female manager had asked the drive-thru worker to check with customers for a substitute after discovering they were out of fries. Unfortunately, he didn't hear her and ended up frying a new batch. Despite her frustration, the female manager maintained a high level of customer service and ensured quality. I'm giving a rating of 4 stars instead of 5 because the chicken tenders were not fresh, which was an important part of my order.

The staff was incredibly friendly and quickly took our order, serving our food hot and in no time! This is exactly what you hope for from a KFC. Their positive attitudes were truly impressive and greatly appreciated. I would recommend this KFC to anyone—every time we visit, we receive exceptional service!
