I tried to place an order online several times, but when I arrived, my food hadn’t even been started! If you’re looking for quick and efficient service, I suggest visiting the location in Jersey City on W. Oakland Ave. They are excellent there, always courteous, and I've never had an issue with my order!

Unfortunately, my last visit was disappointing. After a long 12-hour shift, I started my meal and everything seemed fine at first. However, when I took a bite of the second half of my sandwich, I discovered a hair in it. It certainly wasn't mine, as I had my hair tied back in a ponytail. This unpleasant surprise made me feel quite nauseous, and I was unable to finish my meal.

I placed my order through the app, but the restaurant closed at 6 PM due to the weather. Despite this, the app still processed my order and charged my card. Tha... read more I placed my order through the app, but the restaurant closed at 6 PM due to the weather. Despite this, the app still processed my order and charged my card. Thankfully, there was an employee still on-site handling closing duties, and I had to insist that she reach out to someone for a refund. The app indicated that my order was complete, so if I hadn't been able to get a refund tonight, I would have had no evidence to prove I didn’t receive my food tomorrow.
