We ordered a 20 piece family meal and they told us it would be about 20 minutes to make we said ok no problem. The gentleman working that evening came out to inform us that we had a little more time to wait until the order would be ready and offered us drinks while we waited. That was so nice and we were so happy to get fresh made chicken. We got back to the place we were staying and that chicken was hot and the best... View all feedback.
What Dwight Kunde doesn't like about Bojangles:
I ordered two Cajun chicken fillets. I wanted Sauce with my filets. I was just asking for a sauce, and I was told that I had to be charged because I didn't get any tenders. Okay, how's a fillet different from dipping a tender. I don't get your offers bc the bread is hard for me to chew and now I can't have a sauce with my fillets. I come here and get two fillets all the time and now I can't have a sauce with them wit... View all feedback.
To make matters worse, I paid $82 for the order on the 18th without any issues, but now, in July, I still haven’t received a refund. The manager told me they cannot offer any reimbursement. I am very disappointed with this establishment and will not be returning. $82 is a significant amount of money to lose without any service or communication in return.
Never had food here, but I will pick up supplies, staff are always really nice and they are really fast, makes me actually want to come and try food
Was severely short-staffed but still managed to do an excellent job with just two people running the restaurant.
I must say that this is one of the cleanest and well kept locations. The food is always good when I go which is quite often. Kevin who is a manager at night does an awesome job. Great food and excellent service ? ? ?
I ordered two Cajun chicken fillets and requested some sauce to go with them. When I asked for the sauce, I was informed that I would have to pay for it since I didn’t order any tenders. I don’t understand the difference—what’s the distinction between a fillet and a tender for dipping? The breading is difficult for me to chew, and now I can't even have sauce with my fillets without incurring an extra charge. I regularly come here and order two fillets, but it feels ridiculous that I can't get sauce with them anymore. Honestly, I don't want my fillets to feel disappointing. A fillet is easier for me to eat because it has a lighter breading, and I prefer to cut it up and dip it. After this experience, I’m reconsidering whether I want to come here again.
