Panera Bread - Pinellas Park

I ordered a salad at this restaurant. Despite having "bread" in their name, they were out of bread and substituted it with an apple. The meal was just okay, but I have had a better experience there before so I will chalk it up to just being an off day.

The food and service at this restaurant are always reliable. The soup and half sandwich option is consistently good, and they now offer a wider selection of sandwiches to choose from. They also have a new special where you can get 50% off dessert with a meal and drink. Many locals can be seen enjoying the food and atmosphere.

The meal was delicious. The service was as anticipated, and the atmosphere was pleasant and peaceful. Panera Bread is a top choice for me when I want to satisfy my hunger. I am only giving 4 stars because some of the items we wanted to order were not available, so we had to choose something else.

Horrible service, slow, disrespectful staff, overpriced dried out bagels. This used to be a really good Panera. But they need to get a new manager or close this place. With almost no other customers in the store I Ordered a bagel to dine in. Was told to take a seat and my name would be called. They used to just toast it there at the counter and hand it to you. So, After several minutes I went back to the counter to inquire about my bagel. I was told to go down to the end of the counter and check on it. Mind you that there was still no one else in the store. There it sat. No one ever called my name. The staff behind the cooking counter were joking and chatting. Absolutely no customer service at all. Close this place!!!

SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. This place is ran by a bunch of kids. Literally. There were teens running around with ski masks and toy guns jumping over the counters talking to their friends who were working, asking for free bread and what not. This wouldn’t have bothered me so much if they would have given me my order on time. I ordered online, I show up when I was notified of my order being ready. I look by the shelf for my order, nothing. I ask the girl behind the counter about my order. She doesn’t know. So I wait wait and wait. About 20 mins go by, I ask again. Low and behold my order was just sitting behind the counter the whole time. I’m sure there are some hard workers there, but my god this place needs some leadership changes. And as for the food? the chicken tikka masala soup was terrible, I’m not sure what I was expecting but Jesus. The whole frontega chicken sandwich ended up being half, AND It was missing bacon that I had added! Never again
