We were there on a Saturday afternoon, very slow business, stayed 45 minutes and not once did anyone sweep or clean a table. Floor was dirty, we managed tofind a clean table. Food is always good.

Food prep was slow at this location. NOTE: the guy in the back making sandwiches was working his butt off, the others not so much. Manager had just left the bathroom after cleaning. There were no paper towels and the seconddispenser fell apart when I tried to use it. Prices have gone up a little but I'm good with that as the portion sizes haveremained the same.

The restaurant is very clean, with accessible restrooms and parking for those with disabilities. Prices are reasonable, and the seating is comfortable both inside and outside. Plus, there's a drive-thru! I highly recommend it to anyone with $10 to spend.

Additionally, we were forgotten about our toasted bagel order, and when we finally received it, it was cold. I won’t be returning, and I’d recommend looking for a better dining option elsewhere.

However, my grilled cheese... read more This was the worst grilled cheese I’ve ever had. My husband and I visit this location once a week, and I always order the same thing. However, my grilled cheese (with no American cheese and extra fontina mozzarella) has never looked like this before. To make matters worse, when I brought it to the register, the team lead simply passed the responsibility to another employee, who said, "That's just how it’s going to be, even if I remake it." I’m really disappointed and we won’t be returning again.
