Chili's Grill Bar - Pinellas Park

Similar to many recent reviews, the wait time for a table was excessively long. It seems like the restaurant may be understaffed, as there were numerous empty tables when we first arrived. However, once we were seated, the service was good. Our server was attentive and provided excellent service from drinks to appetizers to the main course, checking on us throughout the meal. The food was enjoyable, with the various dishes and appetizers being hot and tasty. While my ribs were just okay and could have been more tender, they were served on a metal tray with brown paper, which was not a big issue.

First of all- what an amazing experience at Chilis! I ran into to manger, Lear, who was very friendly and very accommodating. He asked us what we needed and assisted accordingly. He even went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate us. Our server, Don, was also just equally just as amazing! Very friendly and fun service. I never leave reviews, but these two people deserve a shout out. We will definitely be back!!

Excellent food as always. They were short staffed, but they tried to serve us as fast as possible, and the treatment was very good

All out of almost everything and skimpy portions and a zombified unprofessional staff but food althou not correct as ordered was delish Finger to mark low volume of soup

I used to give this restaurant a good rating, but I am now taking it back. During my last pick-up order, they forgot my $4 extra cheese fries and said they would send me a gift card instead, but never did. This time, my entire meal was raw - from the steak, to the veggies, to the cold fries. They also forgot my $4 queso dip, which I paid extra for. It would be one thing if it was just a regular free cup of salsa, but I paid extra for it. I will never be coming back to this restaurant again.
