There was an emergency need to review my Panda Express experience just now. I waited at least 15 minutes just to order inside! After my order was prepared took about five minutes to get to the cashier! The drive thru was roped around building. After all that wait time my food was absolutely awful. Chow mein tasted like dish soap. Spring rolls and cheese Rangoon ice cold. The only reason I gave two stars is because the staff was so nice and courteous. The cashier kept apologizing for the wait. I felt bad for her. But at least have good quality food for your customers if they are willing to patiently wait.
I was truly impressed by how spotlessly clean this restaurant was and how fresh all the food looked! Everything was presented with such care. I was picking up an order for someone else, and although I hadn't eaten at Panda Express in 15-20 years, I couldn’t resist ordering something for myself. Allan runs this establishment exactly as all businesses should be run, and he deserves recognition for that. It's clear that Allan takes great pride in his work, and I must say, the food was fantastic — it was the best I've ever had! I'm actually quite amazed and can definitely see myself becoming a regular and a fan of this particular Panda Express. The staff were not only kind but also well-trained. Great job! The person in charge could easily manage a five-star restaurant!
I called the restaurant after placing an online order to make a special request that I couldn't specify online. The young lady who answered the phone was absolutely the sweetest! She was very friendly, handled my request perfectly, and even said she would personally prepare my meal to ensure it was just right. That’s what I call exceptional customer service! I just wish I had caught her name because I truly appreciate people like her who are so upbeat and enjoyable to talk to. Go girl! I really wish I could have tipped you! Thank you so much! I hope you and your managers get to see this.
The prices are fantastic and I would rate the food a solid 10! We paid just $9.32 for a large plate that fed both my husband and me, with leftovers to spare. We tried the mushroom and onion chicken and the teriyaki chicken, both of which were delicious. The meal also included noodles with onions and vegetables, and a side of cauliflower with soy sauce that was absolutely amazing. If you haven't been there in a while or haven't tried it at all, you're really missing out. It was so tasty!
Don?t order online. They won?t start your order at all until you?re physically standing there, and only after you?ve nagged them every two minutes to start your order. This is despite not even walking in for a good 10 minutes past the ready-by time. Evenwhen they?ve started your order, they?ll do one thing in your order then go right back to serving a dine-in customer. Meanwhile,there?s always at least one employee standing around, doing nothing but pretending to work by looking intently at something,anything, except you and your online order. This behavior is not just one employee. It?s every single one of them, and it?sobvious that it?s behavior encouraged and trained by Mark the manager who likes to stand around and smile and joke with hisemployees, never making eye contact with customers, while there?s a line of online order customers being ignored and lied to.Apparently, that manager makes good money to goof around with his employees. What happened with this place? Why treat customersthis poorly on purpose? Is online money not as good as in-person money? You offer the online service, so do your job and makethe food that I payed for online!!!
