I ordered online for pickup at 9:00 PM. The confirmation stated it would be ready at 9:15 PM. I arrived at 9:30 PM to find the restaurant empty. I had to knock on the register counter to get the attention of an employee. I informed him of my order and he seemed uninterested, but eventually retrieved my ticket and began preparing my food.
