Starbucks - Pinecrest

I wanted water and they were playing with me a pit whip cream on top and blended it with ice and not going to lie it was BUSSIN for a few minutes

The worst Starbucks! They don’t seem like they want to be at work, super dry personalities and very unhelpful. Don’t even bother getting the cold foam because they give any foam. Don’t waste your money at this Starbucks.

Most efficient drive-thru service I've ever had. The woman who was on the intercom was clear. There was no confusion, she spoke calmly and got our semi-complicated order entirely correct and made it look easy. There was no need to shout for the intercom and we didn't need to repeat our order at all.She definitely stuck out and made our day better with how smooth the service was. There are a lot of people who are bad on the intercom. She was GOOD.Lol. Good enough to go out of my way to leave this review. Yes I did order a cup of just java chips. Yes if you are the intercom lady reading this, you are amazing and I hope you have a day as great as you!!

On a rainy day on 2/9/22, my friend and I decided to treat ourselves to some hot cocoa and cake pops at Enkel. Unfortunately, we both were not pleased with the taste. We probably would have been better off going to 7-Eleven instead. It was so disappointing that we ended up bringing it home to complain about it.

The drive-thru was open, and they took my order which made my mother laugh. They gave me the wrong food at first, but they quickly made the correct order for me as soon as I spoke up. I got the food I wanted without any hassle or further questions.
