I had... read more Upon entering, I found that my order was missing half of the items listed on the receipt. The items I did receive were incorrect, and everything was cold. I had arrived early to pick up my order, so the 10-15 minutes I spent waiting for someone to let me in should not have caused my food to go from lukewarm to cold; it seemed like it wasn't warm to begin with. By this point, I was already late returning to my shift, and it became evident that no one could resolve my issue in a reasonable timeframe, so I decided to leave and request a refund. Uber Eats informed me that Taco Bell needed to cancel the order. When I explained this to the staff at Taco Bell, they were extremely rude and said they didn’t have time to instruct Uber on how to do their job. Frankly, I don’t have time to teach them how to do theirs either—just follow the order receipt and make sure the food is heated properly so that customers don’t get sick.

The staff were extremely rude and appeared completely unconcerned about my complaints, especially when I discovered a hair in my food. The woman I spoke with wouldn’t allow me to speak to the manager or even give me their name. I eventually left and ended up calling four times because she kept hanging up on me.
