The food was typical Taco Bell fare, but the service at this location was painfully slow. There were only about five cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, yet it took nearly 30 minutes to get through. I have to be honest—some of the reviews I've come across are quite accurate. I found the food to be warm and tasty, and the staff were friendly and courteous. However, the service is unbelievably slow! The restaurant is situated in a busy area, and the fact that it also serves KFC contributes to the delays. If you're really hungry, I wouldn't suggest waiting in the drive-thru line. Instead, consider ordering through the app or heading to another restaurant for your own benefit and for the sake of everyone involved.

Upon entering, I found that my order was missing half of the items listed on the receipt. The items I did receive were incorrect, and everything was cold. I had arrived early to pick up my order, so the 10-15 minutes I spent waiting for someone to let me in should not have caused my food to go from lukewarm to cold; it seemed like it wasn't warm to begin with. By this point, I was already late returning to my shift, and it became evident that no one could resolve my issue in a reasonable timeframe, so I decided to leave and request a refund. Uber Eats informed me that Taco Bell needed to cancel the order. When I explained this to the staff at Taco Bell, they were extremely rude and said they didn’t have time to instruct Uber on how to do their job. Frankly, I don’t have time to teach them how to do theirs either—just follow the order receipt and make sure the food is heated properly so that customers don’t get sick.

To be honest, we all have low expectations for this place, but this time was simply unacceptable. The staff were extremely rude and appeared completely unconcerned about my complaints, especially when I discovered a hair in my food. The woman I spoke with wouldn’t allow me to speak to the manager or even give me their name. I eventually left and ended up calling four times because she kept hanging up on me.

My child had a great time during their first visit to Taco Bell. The cashier was friendly and quick with service.
