I have been going t... read more So I went to the Downs yesterday for the first time in this year since wonderful Covid-19 started. It was not a great experience whatsoever. I have been going to Scarborough down since 1980. Usually when I get there I try to get my points from my rewards card from the last time I was there because they don 't pay out until the next day and I live an hour away. I asked the lady that is usually in charge of the rewards program if I could get my rewards points and she was like I don 't know if they 're coming out here whatever that means. I was like what do you mean they 're not coming out here like right now or what? She was basically like they 're not coming out here today. I was like that 's wonderful because I spend a good amount of money at the place usually betting between $500-$1,000 every time I go which is a fair amount. So now I have to bet the money I have and I go outside and the tote board that shows the odds in the infield which has never worked well lately does not even display the current win place and show odds which barely even seems legal. The only way you can actually see the odds is inside or if you go on a website that displays them which is really inconvenient. Then I go into the bathroom and every single stall toilet is clogged which is unbelievable. The people that work there are very friendly and they were very good as usual but this place has gone to the worst level ever and it 's hanging on by a thread. The only reason I will go back one more time is to get my rewards money and I think I 'm all done with Scarborough Downs until they can make some changes.??????????

It's not far away for us. I love live harness racing. People are friendly and they have so many events for the family. Kids love the track too. I love the Downs... read more It's not far away for us. I love live harness racing. People are friendly and they have so many events for the family. Kids love the track too. I love the Downs! Try it, you might just like it. I especially like all of the memorabilia they have at hand.
