I called and was told by the manager oh ok and that was it … one of the worst customer service..

During my last visit, I requested liquid sugar and received nothing; the time before that, they added too much. I also asked for a separate box of tea. I had just bought one a week earlier for $6.99, but this time they wanted $10. I ended up going to another place and got it for $6.99. I won't be returning to this establishment, and I will be sure to warn my friends and coworkers not to go there either.

When I arrived, there was no greeting, and I wasn't even sure if anyone was at the speaker. A woman with a rough voice hurried me to place my order. When I got to the payment window, a man handed me my order. His hands were dirty, and he looked unkempt, much like the woman. It honestly felt like the place was being run by two people who were not in a great state. To make matters worse, when he handed me my drinks, he placed his whole hand over the tops of the cups, which was quite unappetizing! I will definitely not be returning here and ended up throwing the drinks away immediately.

Th... read more I was shocked to find that there were no donuts available at 4:30 PM on a Saturday! The dining experience was also really disappointing. It felt like a mess! There was no one at the front desk; it seemed like they were all asleep in the back. I won’t be coming back to this location!
