However, I've started visiting again in recent months, and the team there is wonderful now. The main employee I see each time is Rose, and she always greets my son and me with a smile. She's incredibly polite and kind. Today, her coworker was just as friendly. Thanks to Rose, I keep returning!

When I arrived, there was no greeting, and I wasn't even sure if anyone was at the speaker. A woman with a rough voice hurried me to place my order. When I got to the payment window, a man handed me my order. His hands were dirty, and he looked unkempt, much like the woman. It honestly felt like the place was being run by two people who were not in a great state. To make matters worse, when he handed me my drinks, he placed his whole hand over the tops of the cups, which was quite unappetizing! I will definitely not be returning here and ended up throwing the drinks away immediately.

There was no one at the front desk; it seemed like they were all asleep in the back. I won’t be coming back to this location!

I called and was told by the manager oh ok and that was it … one of the worst customer service..
