On several o... read more To be honest, I've experienced quite rude service from the staff at this Dunkin', and that's not the only issue – they frequently run out of items. On several occasions, I've received my iced latte, only to discover it was filled with coffee grounds. This doesn't make much sense, especially since I always order iced lattes, not iced coffee. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this Dunkin'.

I only order a hot coffee with hazelnut cream, which is quite simple, yet they always seem to make it difficult.

When I arrived, there was no greeting, and I wasn't even sure if anyone was at the speaker. A woman with a rough voice hurried me to place my order. When I got to the payment window, a man handed me my order. His hands were dirty, and he looked unkempt, much like the woman. It honestly felt like the place was being run by two people who were not in a great state. To make matters worse, when he handed me my drinks, he placed his whole hand over the tops of the cups, which was quite unappetizing! I will definitely not be returning here and ended up throwing the drinks away immediately.

There was no one at the front desk; it seemed like they were all asleep in the back. I won’t be coming back to this location!
