While not all locations may be like this, this particular one has rude staff and is not clean when you walk in. Such a shame.

The four-piec... read more The Nashville Hot Tenders Combo was absolutely delicious! I only wished for a bit more sauce to fully cover the tenders. The flavor was fantastic. The four-piece combo meal was juicy and packed with flavor. The mashed potatoes with gravy were decent—more nostalgic than flavorful. The fries were good, but not hot enough. Unfortunately, the biscuits were quite hard. However, you definitely need to try the Colonel’s strawberry lemonade!

The new boneless chicken sandwich is supposed to be made fresh to order, yet when I ordered two, they handed them to me immediately—dry, old, and inedible. When we tried to enter the store, the manager was mopping a floor covered in grease, making it dangerously slippery. There was no proper cleaning solution, and the area under the equipment was filthy. The overall cleanliness is terrible, and the staff show little professionalism or standards. I worked at KFC as a teenager, and there are strict rules that clearly aren’t being followed here. I suggest the health board inspect this place. The menu might look appealing, but the quality and hygiene are severely lacking.
