The new boneless chicken sandwich is supposed to... read more This KFC location is managed by an Indian owner, but the chicken often seems to have been sitting out for days. The new boneless chicken sandwich is supposed to be made fresh to order, yet when I ordered two, they handed them to me immediately—dry, old, and inedible. When we tried to enter the store, the manager was mopping a floor covered in grease, making it dangerously slippery. There was no proper cleaning solution, and the area under the equipment was filthy. The overall cleanliness is terrible, and the staff show little professionalism or standards. I worked at KFC as a teenager, and there are strict rules that clearly aren’t being followed here. I suggest the health board inspect this place. The menu might look appealing, but the quality and hygiene are severely lacking.

Keeping the indoor seating closed is terrible for the environment and very inconvenient for customers. I won’t be returning.
