We ordered wings from the Pine Bluff location and it is now my favorite location to order from. Everyone was so nice and respectful and the food was awesome. Will definitely be returning!!! View all feedback.

The service was great, but my lemon pepper wings were hard like a brick and if I had lived in the city pine bluff I would have taken them back, but I live an hour of pine bluff, so I had to keep them that is my only dissatisfaction about the wingstop there in pine bluff on olive street.
On 7-22 I went in and ordered dinner. an hour later they could not produce my order, they were not so busy. I had a date and had to go so I requested a refund. the manager explained that she could not refund a credit card purchase (no I do not joke) and I would have to call the company for a simple refund. I did it and the next day ended to fill out a company complaint to get back a call. she gentleman, who helped me, took the information and had to call me back. he had to send the information to the ncr (not sure who that is and would call if the loan was issued. he sent me a text later this day, saying that the loan would last up to 7 days. from Monday I started writing to him, I didn't get a loan. I haven't heard anything yet. I spent a lot of time on a $25 order, but I think I felt it was a question of the main person. Of course, I cannot refund a national brand a credit card purchase. it is also unnecessary to say it was a bad and unnecessary experience. I usually do not write reviews and write a negative even more rarely. I understand that the business has problems, but that lacks the ability to repay a customer if they can't deliver is something I felt that I should share for others to be aware. I know it's only $25, but the principle is very wrong.

My order gave extra time to be ready because I understand that the times can vary from what they say to them. I brought my order back to home, just to find my whole job was wrong. I called and complained. it was said that the order would be replaced and when I appeared 20 minutes later, eating was not done and they pretended to be an inconvenience for a problem with a wrong order. was given over the phone during the complaining about their fault profanities. was all, but I did my replacement without any for. Sorry for my inconvenience. will not come back and someone else advise to seriously think about not using this site if they have other options.
They were very busy and it was close to closing. I was very disappointed oh, I did not check my bag because I was in a bit of a rush. I did not get the ranch dip that were supposed to come with my order nor the additional dipping sauce that I paid for, without it spicy things are not enjoyable for my wife. I live about 40 minutes away so this was very disappointing. Normally I don't have a problem. That is probably why I did not check make sure that my dipping sauces with there because I normally get six out of five star service from them.
