The chicken was excellent. However, the mashed potatoes didn't have the same flavor as the Colonel's recipe. I'm guessing they had some new staff in the kitchen. View all feedback.

Very rude,the food was mediocre at best,didn't put any kind of fork,or spoons in the bag, let alone napkins. I only recommend you eat here if everything else is closed and you happen to run out of gas in that specific driveway and are fixing to starve to death then Maybe I would force myself to eat at that location,I typically really enjoy eating at KFC. I didn't have the negative experience that some others have described, so I encourage you to read their reviews. I've been to the drive-thru a couple of times, and it seems like a pretty standard KFC. While the staff isn't overly friendly, they are a bit more accommodating than just putting up with customers. Overall, this location is definitely better than the one on 28th Street near Food Smart, which I reviewed earlier today.
The staff is unwelcoming, and the chicken is frequently overcooked. They seem irritated if you attempt to order something not on the menu. If you choose to dine in, be ready for a long wait.
I had a terrible experience on September 29, 2022. The restaurant locked the door on a family that had a disabled member. It feels like they are actively trying to drive away customers. We were left outside for over 30 minutes after already having paid our bill. The manager and staff need to be replaced immediately, or this establishment should consider shutting down before something worse occurs!

I have not had the terrible experience others seem to have had here check the other reviews , but I have gone through the drive thru once or twice and it seems like a very average/mediocre KFC. The staff is not particularly friendly, but they do a little better than just tolerate the customers. This place is definitely better than the one on 28th ? street near Food Smart that I reviewed earlier today.
It was hot and fresh! Today for the first time, I tried the spicey and crispy,instead of my usual original!
The chicken was dry, the soda machines didn't work, they were out of all kinds of stuff, honey, etc. Owners really need to take a hard look at how UNCLEAN it was.

Terrible service, 45 minute wait. Don’t go, extremely rude when you ask for times. Genuinely easily the worst fast food service I’ve ever had. But that’s pine bluff Arkansas

On December 8, 2021, my husband had a craving for KFC, so we decided to go for it. We placed a fairly large order, which took them a bit of time to prepare. The staff members were very friendly and went the extra mile to ensure that we received everything we ordered.
The service was quick, and my meal was hot and fresh! The staff was very polite as well.
Bought 12 pieces family meal worth $35 including tax and I felt rob with chickens, sides and biscuit that I got. It's all trash! Especially the chicken that is dark brown that seems to be reheated and deep back in an old over-used oil, too oily when I got it, I'm 100% sure they just drop it back to their overused oil and served it without even dripping it. Biscuit is old and hard. Sides mash potato that I didnt ordered cause I order just gravy is nasty and too salty. French fries old with a nasty oily taste. I seldomly give food review but I totally regret coming to this kfc branch. I just want to cry with spending hard earned money with the quality of food that I got. Don't come to this store or you will never forget the bad experience that you will get! Don't ever buy from this kfc store, one of the worst decisions I regret in life.
I ordered a number 8 with double coleslaw, and I wish they had unsweetened tea available for self-service.

The staff isn't especially friendly, but they do more than just put up with customers. Overall, this place is definitely an improvement over the KFC on 28th Road near Food Smart, which I checked out today.
