There's a young lady who attended school with Coco, and she always remembers us and asks about my daughter. She also remembers our sandwich orders. She's truly an amazing sandwich artist, and everything is always delicious!

She mentioned... read more The restaurant has an employee who is quite rude. I asked a question about the sweet tea, and all I got was that she didn’t know if it was fresh. She mentioned that she had been there since 3:00 PM, but I was there at 6:30 PM. I've heard that the tea stays fresh for only 4 to 6 hours, so I was concerned.

The first time, they were out of my... read more This local Subway location never seems to have what you want. This was my second time placing an order through the app here. The first time, they were out of my order, but at least they called me to let me know. However, I had to go through corporate to get a refund, even though I was told the store should handle it. That didn’t happen, so corporate just sent me an e-gift card instead. My most recent experience was similar to the first, but this time there wasn’t even a phone call. They waited until I arrived to inform me that they didn’t have what I ordered. I won’t be returning to this location again and will be adding it to my list of places to avoid in Pine Bluff.
