This local Subway location never seems to have what you want. This was my second time placing an order through the app here. The first time, they were out of my order, but at least they called me to let me know. However, I had to go through corporate to get a refund, even though I was told the store should handle it. That didn’t happen, so corporate just sent me an e-gift card instead. My most recent experience was similar to the first, but this time there wasn’t even a phone call. They waited until I arrived to inform me that they didn’t have what I ordered. I won’t be returning to this location again and will be adding it to my list of places to avoid in Pine Bluff.
The staff was unwelcoming, and they were very stingy with the toppings and meat—I've never experienced anything quite like it! The ingredients were not fresh, and the prices were too high for the quality of food offered. I suggest choosing a different Subway location.
I don’t have a picture to share, but every time my daughter Coco and I visit, it’s truly a wonderful experience. There’s a young woman who went to school with Coco, and even though I can go in without her, she still remembers me and asks about my daughter. She has an incredible talent for making sandwiches, and they are always delicious.
The team at Subway flawlessly and quickly managed a phone order of 16 sandwiches, each with different toppings. Many thanks from the Magnolia Quizbowl team!
