Was User at Simplee's Barbecue a mag?
I was greeted very warmly as soon as I entered. The staff explained their specialty dishes to me, and I was served in under five minutes. I ordered the pulled pork special, and while the sandwich portion was generous, I found the beans on the side to be a bit lacking. The beans were delicious, and I wish the serving had been larger. BBQ was ok. I did come on a Thursday afternoon at about 1:30 and the ribs and brisket were very dry after being microwaved. Asked for hot bbq sauce and couldn’t tell any difference. Can’t give a ya or nay. Would do in a pinch. View all feedback.
Glad, I was referred by a fellow St. Louisian to Simplee's BBQ. Clean, quaint atmosphere , friendly smiling face, umm umm good ribtips/bake beans combo on a Tuesday. Will be revisiting...

Out of Town: Maybe if you're local I decided to take a chance considering I had 3 more hours of driving. I didn't anticipate the location to be in the heart of PB. I tried to call ahead and no one answered. Arrived, not busy only a few people ahead of me. My food was reheated in the microwave, price was reasonable, but not worth the time I wasted getting off the interstate. Great smoke flavor, but meat was tough and cold.
Some of the best BBQ I've ever tasted! The fries are freshly cut and absolutely delicious. The service is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. I can't wait to return!
