We did a foot washing for the seniors and passed out shoes to them. So, we came here for lunch. My oh my what a treat. The best Southern meal I have had in a long time. View all feedback.

The food was overly salty. I couldn't eat it. All I could taste was salt . I had fried chicken and my hubby had catfish and the vegetables were very mushy,

This was our first time, so we had no idea what to expect. What we got was a delicious experience. Clean and quick. Slow cooked food with the right amount of seasonings. Smothered porkchops that will make you holler! I don't eat out for Soul Food bc I cook at home. But being new to the area, we had to try it. I am a happy woman, this day!

What a surprise at a rural airport, absolutely delicious, positively friendly and an overall fantastic dining experience. Saw a plane take off as entertainment through the window too!

Nestled in a cozy, old-time setting, this Southern restaurant offers a nostalgic, home-cooked meal experience that many find delightful. The menu features classic dishes like crispy fried catfish, smothered pork chops, and savory sides such as yams and mac ‘n’ cheese, all seasoned to perfection. While prices are slightly above average, the quality and flavor justify the cost. Be sure to arrive early, as fresh batches sell out quickly. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, though service at the front could be more welcoming. Convenient parking adds to the ease of visiting this hidden gem.
