I visited for lunch on February 5, 2024. My apple pecan salad was missing the apples, and my fiancé's spicy chicken sandwich had only a small piece of lettuce and a tiny slice of tomato. I attempted to call to resolve the issues but the phone just kept ringing. I understand that they can be busy, but they need to be more efficient.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru with only two cars ahead of me. When I finally received my order, it was completely wrong—none of the items I ordered were included. I had to go inside and wait another 15 minutes for the correct food. Meanwhile, most of the staff were just standing around chatting, and at least two employees appeared to be under the influence.
Clean place with friendly employees. They keep the drive through moving quickly and they usually get my order right. You can order on the app if you want to eliminate any problems with hearing through the drive through speaker and earn free fast food through the app. Good Wendy’s overall.
Got to love getting soggy fries and half of them being uncooked as well!!!60.00 dollars in food and it isn’t even good at all. Same reason we don’t go to McDonald’s either!!!! Wendy’s is
This review isn’t just because of one experience but many. I have been coming there for years and in the past year things have been going down hill the attitude and amount of service. At least nine out of ten times I have went there I was missing something whether it be food or condiments and then would get snappy attitude from the employees when going back around.
