Aunt Beas - Pilot Mountain

Just ordered from Aunt Bea's in Pilot Mountain today, and half of my order was missing. Even worse, I had to wait an additional 20 to 25 minutes for my food. I'm not sure what's going on, but Aunt Bea's needs to get their act together.

I eat there every time I go to Pilot Mountain. I’m building a home there and can’t wait to live closer. Their food is delicious.

I had a frustrating experience at Aunt Bea's restaurant. My food was poorly packaged and spilled everywhere when I got home. Despite the mess, the manager was very understanding and apologized for the inconvenience. He offered to replace the meal or provide gift certificates. I appreciated his professionalism and thanked him for his help. Overall, Aunt Bea's did a great job handling the situation, even though the initial experience was disappointing. I wish I could remember the name of the manager I spoke to, as I would like to personally thank him. Thank you for your excellent customer service! I am deducting one star for the issue with the packaging, but I was satisfied with the resolution.

The deluxe burger was large and good. If you're not from the south, check the toppings and adjust as needed. The onion rings were great (although I would have preferred a slightly larger serving). Aunt Bea's is a popular place with takeout, drive thru and dine in. It's clean and we'll run (although the order taker was new and communicating through masks was a challenge). Easy access from the highway and the Pilot Mountain recreation area.

I have to say the appearance of the food was not attractive. As they say, don't write a book on the cover. The food tasted delicious. Barbecue was excellent and the baked beans were very delicious. We ordered the record for $8. Great. Fast service, delicious food and very clean. Very recommended!
