One day, I stood at the register for about three minutes with three employees facing away from me, yet none of them took my order. Feeling ignored, I decided to leave and went to Aunt Bee's instead.

I witnessed multiple cars giving up and driving away from the dr... read more The food at this restaurant is consistently high quality, but the service is unbelievably slow. I witnessed multiple cars giving up and driving away from the drive-through after being left waiting with no response. It might be more efficient to just close the drive-through altogether. Eventually, I gave up and went inside, only to see the employee supposed to be taking drive-through orders filling fries instead. It's clear the restaurant is short-staffed, but rather than leaving customers frustrated and waiting at the speaker, they should take orders and inform customers of the expected wait time or suggest coming inside instead.

They are struggling to keep up... read more This restaurant was better in the past, but recently it seems like there are only 2 or 3 staff members working at any given time. They are struggling to keep up with producing fresh food and providing timely service. Although this used to be my favorite Hardee's location, it's been disappointing lately.
