Great hidden restaurant. The staff ,Jacklyn,is very helpful and friendly and the menu is the best food around.My husband and I have been here twice so far and we love the food.Tonight I thought I would try the spaghetti and meat balls..It was wonderful.We will make this place a monthly spot .The price is reasonable, and they serve soft drinks and beer,and its very clean.. Ate at the Windmill Restaurant on August 9, 2018. Wasn't a very good selection on the buffet. Ordered from the menu, hamburgers. Food was fair, but noticed a man in the corner booth by front door had a small black poodle cradled in his arm at table level. The staff and owner was okay with this.
