Peking Express - Pikeville

I went back yesterday and the service was greatly improved. There were just three women working the front, but they did an outstanding job. The food was delicious, and the salad bar looked fantastic. My server was incredible; she was managing everything with grace, making sure every table was attended to. It was a much better experience than when I left the other day. I just wish I knew which servers were working during the day, haha!

The only reason I'm hesitant to give it a perfect score is that, on occasion, it seems like some items at the buffet might have been sitting out for a while. Sometimes I’ve noticed that some of the food looks a bit picked over. But despite that, I keep coming back! If you enjoy this type of cuisine, Beijing is definitely the place to be. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Just writing this review has made me crave it even more!

I have fond memories of visiting this restaurant in Beijing during my childhood, and I was looking for a taste of nostalgia. Unfortunately, it was quite different from what I remembered, and the food didn't live up to my expectations. On a positive note, the waiter was very kind, and I couldn't have asked for better service. I really wish the cooks could improve their skills.

Had the buffet today and it was very good. The salad bar was very fresh. The food was delicious and well seasoned. We enjoyed this situation better that the other location in Pikeville

The food was great. Our waitress was awesome. I love how they all make you feel welcome.
