El Poncho - Pikeville

The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the prices were great. I will definitely be returning!

This is a fantastic restaurant! The food is prepared exactly as you order it and is incredibly delicious. The staff is also very helpful and friendly.

The food was excellent, but they forgot to include tomatoes in my order. The chips were stale, although the salsa was so delicious that it compensated for the chips. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. We waited five minutes for a drink refill, even though there were only three other tables occupied in the entire restaurant.

This place is excellent with a wide variety of options. I absolutely loved my dish (the Santa Fe), although the others at my table weren't quite as thrilled. The service was incredibly quick, and the staff was attentive to our needs when they arrived. The portion sizes were just right, and the Queso and Chips were tasty. I would definitely return.

You have to try the best restaurant in Pikeville! I eat here almost every week, and the service is fantastic. Johnny, who greets you at the door, is an absolute gem—he's incredibly nice to everyone and really helps make the place special. The service is also really quick. If you're in Pikeville, I highly recommend dining at El Poncho!
