Got Chipotle tonight, and their service was amazing. My bowl was very full, and even though the line was literally to the door, all the employees were very friendly and didn't seem irritated. I would dock a star because it was a bit messy, but I know how it can get when it's busy. View all feedback.

I will never step foot in the pikesville location again due to the rude and condescending staff. They feel as though they can dictate the portions of sauces they give guests, whether it be too little or too much. they do not give you the right portion size for your orders ever. then decide to have attitudes before you pay cause of how your order looks. July 10, 2023 5:00pm The staff at this location is top notch. I hope they're getting paid well, because they absolutely deserve it. They were kind, patient, understanding to my allergy concerns, accommodating and efficient. Everyone from the start of the line to the end has done a remarkable job hustling in there today. I'm impressed

Food is always cold not fresh and it's always that one cashier that has an attitude for no reason, if you don't have the patience to take the order for the food and the specifics that I want! with the money I'm spending! you don't need to be there! Because mam, I am going to take my time and get exactly what I want and exactly what I want to pay for.
Today Saturday around 230pm. I went to Pikesville chipotle and I was served by a worker with blond hair. However, this person was serving whatever the worker wanted, not what I was ordering. Despite repeating my order three times, the worker refused to listen and looked at me in a very unpleasant manner. After putting the burritos aside and moving on to help the next customer, I asked the customer in front of me if it was his order, and he said no. The customer behind me told me that the worker didn’t want to listen to me, even though he the customer understood everything I ordered. In this case, the worker was being discriminatory. This was not a good experience for me, which is sad because this store used to be one of the best around. You need to check your customer service and ensure that customers have a good experience from the beginning. Can you imagine eating after such an unpleasant moment? Even though The cashier was a nice person an the rest of the crew too. The food is good not the person who served my food.
