Tim Hortons - Pickering

The service at this restaurant was not bad. In fact, they did a good job fixing my Pixel 3XL. I am giving them 3 stars because when I called to inquire about the price and provided a second phone number for them to contact me, they never informed me that the initial price quote was incorrect and I would have to pay more. They went ahead and changed the screen without confirming with me, resulting in me having to pay almost double the cost due to additional taxes.

This restaurant has the worst service I have ever experienced. The staff at Tim Hortons was terrible. I would advise staying away from this branch. If I could, I would give them a negative star rating.

The restaurant was supposed to be open 24 hours, but when I arrived at 2:30 am after driving 5 km, it was closed. I was very disappointed in the manager for not updating their hours on Google. If they can't even do that, what kind of management do they have?

This Tim Hortons is excellent. The staff is well-trained and always pleasant every time I visit. Whether you dine in or use the drive-thru, this location is very fast, perfect for when you're in a hurry. The only downside is that the drive-thru line can get backed up onto the street due to the busyness of this location. Overall, I give this Tim Hortons and its staff 4 stars.

A pleasant change from the typical timmies experienced friendly staff, clean and fast at this place. kudos to the personal!
