This is my second disappointing experience at this restaurant. I'm not sure why I keep giving it another chance. I ordered the festive special half-chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy from the Milner Avenue location. My partner and I had a wonderful dinner tonight at Swiss chalet. Our waiter Sofia was incredibly kind and warm which made our meal 100x better! Thank you Sofia!
Our server, Cynthia, was attentive and got our order right. She warmly greeted us, seated us, and took our order promptly. The food arrived hot and was delicious.
