I used to love coming here when it was the Kingsmen, but now the quality of the beer is not what it used to be. I tried a few different options, but they were all sour or just not good. I hope they clean their lines and taps soon so that the draft beer is drinkable again. The inside and patio are still great, so I hope they can fix this issue and improve.

The port... read more This pub recently opened in the late summer of 2016 with new management. They have a wide selection of menu items for a pub, and the food is delicious. The portion sizes are generous and the prices are very reasonable. It's a great spot to watch sports games, with plenty of TVs and booths that each have their own screen. Our server was friendly and efficient, always coming to our table with a genuine smile and great attention to detail. They also have live music on certain nights - we visited on a Saturday and the musician was fantastic, playing a variety of music at a perfect volume. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit, and we will be returning for sure.

We did tell them we were coming and although the staff were organised the kitchen was not. Even though the menu is promising with lots of variety, they will have to try harder to capture the market! This place has had several owners and names, in the last few years and we were anxious to give it a try...I am embarrassed to have recomended it. Slow service, cardboard french-fries, No deserts on offer... Huge menu, with interesting mains and Daily Specials...But so Disappointing!...
