The service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is great. It's a perfect spot for a lunch meal, with a price range of $10-20 per person. We highly recommend trying their Brisket Chopped and Taco Duo dishes.

Most spicy BBQ ismessd up by making it sweet. THIS ONE IS THE PERFECT BLEND OF EVERYTHING. Don't skip out on the Banana Heaven! It will putMomma's Banana Pudding to shame! I love smoked meats, but this was not very good. The brisket was just ok, seemed microwaved and very tough, cut way too thick. No ends and very dry. Ordered a pound and wished I had waited for Sho'nuff to open. (This was my reason fortrying this place) My husband went in to order, he wanted chicken, 3 leg quarters; which they had none. She told him they onlysold by the pound. Being that I normally make the food purchases by the pound, it threw him off; HE BOUGHT 2 POUNDS OF SLICEDBREAST. oh my... It had a very strange taste, almost freezer burned. I'm not sure but we threw 2 POUNDS away! 3 pounds of meat,$56 dollars. WHAT A WASTE!NEVER AGAIN! EVER! It is a tiny little place, it's been there so long and there are cars there all thetime. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY, maybe because it's the only sit down, if you want to call it that, place in Picayune. I don't like toleave bad reviews, I try to find the good in places I review, but this was a very bad experience. It was not good. The brisketwas at least edible, but the chicken breast ... No! And the price they charge is ridiculously high. Should have been mouthwatering for that price. Sorry but, Sho'nuff has them beat HANDS DOWN! It's not a sit down place but it's the best in Picayune,and as far as I know a 100 mile radius EASY!
