HOWEVER, our serve... read more First time coming here in a few years, we were sat pretty quickly but waited 20 minutes before having to flag down a waitress to get service. HOWEVER, our server Hailey was incredibly sweet and helpful, you will have a great experience with her. And to her credit she at no point was told that we had even been sat until we flagged her down and still gave us amazing service. On the other hand the manager of the restraunt sat at a table not far away having incredibly loud phone conversations with employees on speaker that we found incredibly rude, she also walked by us multiple times before we were served and didn't even greet us once. Overall, if you get Hailey as your server you will have excellent, quick, service.

My wife and I came in and even though the restaurant was all but empty the employees, who were just sitting at a table playing with their phones and socializing together, looked obviously bothered by our presence. We were sat and still had to wait almost 20 minutes before being asked what we wanted to drink. The food took forever to get to the table, my wife's food made it long before mine. No refills and the food was terrible. I reluctantly paid my bill and left. Never go to the Picayune IHOP. You'll regret it.
